2027 Missions to Masaka– Terms and Conditions

By applying for and participating in the 2027 Missions to Uganda with Glory Be to God Ministries, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Physical Requirements
   Participants must be physically capable of walking long distances over uneven or unstable terrain and able to endure physically demanding days. Personal safety and the ability to complete mission activities depend on meeting these requirements.

2. Cultural Sensitivity
   Participants are expected to fully respect and adapt to the local culture, customs, and lifestyle. This includes setting aside personal preferences, prejudices, and comfort in order to serve others and honor the mission’s purpose.

3. Endurance and Leadership
   Mission days may be long and rigorous. Participants must be willing to submit to team leadership, follow directions, and cooperate fully with staff, team leaders, and local partners.

4. Substance Policy
   The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited at all times during travel, mission activities, and any group-related events. Participants must adhere to this policy throughout the entirety of the trip.

5. Documentation and Legal Waivers
   All participants must complete, sign, and submit any required waivers, permissions, or legal documents prior to departure. Participation is not permitted without completed documentation.

6. Financial Obligations
   Participants are responsible for adhering to the financial schedule provided by the ministry. All deposits, payments, and fees must be submitted timely. Failure to do so may result in withdrawal from the mission.  Money raised is non refundable and amount must be secured 2 month prior to departure, no exceptions. 

7. Background Check
   All participants are required to successfully complete a background check prior to approval for the mission. Any criminal history, especially involving violence, abuse, or other activities that could endanger team members or local communities, may result in disqualification.

8. Compliance
   By participating, individuals agree to abide by all rules, policies, and schedules set by Glory Be to God Ministries. Non-compliance may result in removal from the mission without refund or recourse.

Acknowledgment
By signing the application and related documents, the participant affirms understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions and agrees to fully commit to the physical, spiritual, and cultural demands of this mission, as well as to completing all required checks and submissions.
